Vanda Art Gallery was one of the first private galleries in Georgia opened in 1994, in the center of Tbilisi. It was founded by the art critic and artist Vanda Murgiri with the support of her adherents who are firmly convinced of the high level of Georgian contemporary art.
The gallery hosts thematic, group and memorial exhibitions of both Georgian and foreign artists. In addition to exhibitions and vernissages, Vanda Gallery regularly hosts presentations, contests and musical evenings. Vanda actively cooperates with owners of private collections, sculptors, and masters of jewelry art.
To attract the younger audience, the gallery holds an exhibition – contest of children’s drawings “The Golden Palette” since 2004. Children aged 5 to 16 take part in the competition.
